• Messages: Text content of direct messages exchanged between businesses and their customers via connected channels.
• Sender information: Usernames, display names, and platform-specific identifiers of message participants.
• Media: Images, files, or other attachments sent through messaging channels, when applicable.
• Account credentials: OAuth tokens required to access messaging platform APIs on behalf of the business.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used exclusively to:

• Receive and display incoming messages from customers.
• Send replies from the business back to customers.
• Organize conversations and contacts within the CRM.
• Maintain service functionality (token refresh, webhook delivery).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. Data is transmitted only to the respective messaging platform APIs (Telegram, Meta/Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok) as required to deliver and receive messages.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Message data is retained for as long as the business account is active. Businesses may disconnect a channel at any time, which stops data collection for that channel. Users may request complete data deletion by contacting us.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. Access is restricted to authorized business users only.
